    These days I'm hungry all day long, so I'm making an effort to remember to eat snacks so that I don't stuff myself at main meals.
  • B: 1 cup honey nut cheero + 1/2 skim milk; coffee + skimmilk
    L: Grilled Chicken, 2 T bbq sauce, baked sweet potato
    S1: 1 Chocolate Nugget (before exercise)
    S: 1 cup Grapes
    D: Tofu Soup (soy sauce, chicken broth and scallions)

    Activity: 30 min pilates, 60 min treadmill, 1 hour hulahoop
  • B - Cottage cheese & wheat crackers

    S - small lc tortilla with cheese

    L - leftover beef stew

    D - top sirloin

    Exercise - 3 mile run, Burn Circuit 3

    i ran out of fruit today but just went to the store to get goodies! I just started weight my portions and boy oh boy was i eating WAY to much! i just measure and ate 3oz grilled chicken and feel full! who knew! lol
