B - oatmeal w/ honey (127) & coffee (30)
S - apple (95)
L - curried celery soup w/ canadian bacon (303)
S - oatmeal w/ honey (165)
D - 1/2 portion of chicken breast & ginger garlic green beans
S - 1/2 portion of chicken breast & ginger garlic green beans (433 total)
Total - 1153
Exercise - 50 min. on the elliptical

These days I'm hungry all day long, so I'm making an effort to remember to eat snacks so that I don't stuff myself at main meals.

B: 1 cup honey nut cheero + 1/2 skim milk; coffee + skimmilk
L: Grilled Chicken, 2 T bbq sauce, baked sweet potato
S1: 1 Chocolate Nugget (before exercise)
S: 1 cup Grapes
D: Tofu Soup (soy sauce, chicken broth and scallions)

Activity: 30 min pilates, 60 min treadmill, 1 hour hulahoop

L - leftover beef stew

D - top sirloin

Exercise - 3 mile run, Burn Circuit 3

Exercise: 30 minutes running/walking, 30 minutes stair stepper machine, 30 minutes stretching

S: Applesauce (1)
L: Lean cusine chicken and pasta (5)
S: Popcorn (1) Carrots (0)
D: Egg noodles (4) 3oz grilled chicken (3)
S: (popcorn/ cookie?)

i ran out of fruit today but just went to the store to get goodies! I just started weight my portions and boy oh boy was i eating WAY to much! i just measure and ate 3oz grilled chicken and feel full! who knew! lol

B - Corn Flakes and 1/2 cup of 1% milk
S - Three triscuits and 2 slices of cheese
L - Peanut butter and fluff, apple, baby carrots
D - Oven Roasted Chicken Breast sub from Subway
S - FF Hot Chocolate and handful of chocolate graham Goldfish

Exercise - 35 minutes on the treadmill, 15 minutes on the elliptical, strength training
