Tuesday - FML - I'm down to 192.2 - I was like 193.4 last week, I don't think I can lose 2.3 lbs in 4 days, but you know, stranger things have happened. I'm planning my meals today, and by the grace of God maybe I can go food shopping later /crosses fingers.

I'm off to do my C25K W1D2! I just realized as I was putting on my exercise pants that they're actually a size L, not XL like I thought... they've been big on me for a month now :D THankfully they have a drawstring I can cinch lol! Now more pants falling down...

I am killing a bit of time before heading back to work, but it's been a crazy day already and its not even noon!!! I got a call into my classroom today to call my mom on her cell phone. My mom NEVER calls me at work, so I knew it had to be serious. Turns out she was wicked dizzy and her blood pressure was extremely high, so they sent her from work straight to the doctor. I had to leave my Algebra block in order to meet her there and take her home. Things are looking better now and she's been ordered to take it easy for the rest of the day, but it was definitely scary....especially since I didn't have my cell phone on me today at school and definitely didn't know my mom's cell phone number off the top of my head. So I had to call my sister and get her freaked out too!!!

Class is over in about 15 minutes, but I want to make sure that my para is able to get sub pay, so I am milking some extra time at home. It always feels so weird to be home during the day when everyone else is at work. So quiet!

Oh girls.... I am going to go home tonight and PLAN out the rest of the weeks meals. My vacation threw me off. This always happens... I justify bad habits because its "vacation" and then I have such a hard time getting back on track. *sigh* I really need to find some motivational things for me... affirmations, make a list of why I want to get healthy, goals, etc and put them where I can visibly see them.

I do NOT want this unhealthy body and I refuse to give up dammit... even if I want to. TOM is next week so I want to eat everything in the house and if I had candy in front of me I would eat ALL of it.

Stella- Thats awesome that you still lost weight with everything going on!
Platform- Thank God for drawstring! I know the feeling half of my workout clothes are drawstring and falling off. Thats awesome!
Chele- Wow thats scary about your mother I hope she is doing well. I also worry about my mother too since she has very high BP
Feral- You will be fine. I have a really hard time getting back on track once I mess up too but Its like starting over and once you get thru the first week your good. Just stay positive! *Holds out hand* jump back on :)

Feral - Sooooo there with you :( I went home to MI over the weekend and I was really great on the way there - I ate only the healthy snacks/lunch I packed and didn't stop for fast food or gas station treats. Sometime after that, I fell off to the point that lunch on the way home was a piece of pizza, a bread stick and a pack of Soft Batch cookies...

I felt like crap, but I was still surprised that it was tough to get back on track. I was too tired to go to the gym yesterday and I was craving chocolate like all day! I did make it to the gym this morning and that seemed to reset everything so that I could get back on plan, but I'll definitely have to figure out how to do this better with the holidays coming up.

Yaaaaaay back to 190.5lb :D :D :D I just need to lose 0.6 more lbs this week to make it to my new goal of 189.9lbs this month. :carrot: Loving C25K 3 days a week because when I run, then I lose the lbs lol! This is so exciting that I'm so close to the 180s because I can't remember being there. I know I was there in high school, but I can't remember actually weighing myself and seeing that number. All I can remember for the longest time is perpetually being 194-199lb for a looooooong time, and then once I went to college being 200+ for the last 2 years. I am ready to say sayonara to the 190s!!!!

Today looks a lot like yesterday... it's dreary and rainy. Annnd I just found out I have a dentist appointment at 3PM uuuuugghhhhh. But on the bright side, game 1 of the World Series is tonight :D Go Phillies!

Afternoon Ladies. This morning I walked my little nephew around the neighborhood only to see the garbage truck coming up behind me. Let me tell you I have never walked so fast in my life trying to stay ahead of the truck so we wouldn't have to smell garbage the whole walk. GO ME!

Im soooo ready for winter, I know some of you ladies probably are running your heat already but we still have the AC running and I cant wait till it starts to cool off, being 89 degrees at 8pm isn't cool!

Im heading off to Shred. Hope everyones week is going well and everyones ready for Halloween!

Ugh... I have been so lazy recently it's insane. I haven't been working out as much as I should, I haven't been making healthy choices when it comes to food, and I have no idea what my problem is. I was sick a couple weeks ago and I just can't get motivated enough to go work out. I need some help y'all. I'm in a funk that I can't get out of.

leilah- i know exactly what you mean. try getting on track slowly? so get back on track with exercise one day, next day start looking at eating. sometimes it is just too hard to get back into it all at once

platformnine- congrats! good luck at the dentist, i hate them so much. Put it off for 5 years before I went back xD Really, really dont recommend that. So good on you for going!

just did my last run before the quarter marathon on sunday. Did 6.06km in 45mins, so i think i will do the 10.55 in around 1hr 20, beating my last time by 8 mins

Sorry I've been m.i.a right after I came back to the board, was stuck in the middle of no where the last few weeks with no internet for weeks. Didn't do so well eating being by myself so much and isolated but luckily I only gained .02 pounds and have already lost it. Hoping to fiiinally hit my first goal this week, its taken forever and I'm hoping my next goal wont take quite so long.

A question for everyone, I have wicked trouble with finding a good sports bra and its been suggested I go without which I'm weary about because I'm a DDD. Does anyone work out with just there bra and a tank and tshirt? Thoughts?

Emcmac- I currently work out in a minimizer bra with a pull over sports bra it doesn't exactly work the best but it helps I guess. Im DYING to get a Enell sports bra I here they are the best for us "gifted" woman (Im a 36F)
