First name: Cristi

Geographical location: Missouri

Age: 27

Marital Status: Living with boyfriend of 2 years

Children/Ages: None

Occupation: Dance Teacher and Front Desk at a hotel

Pets: 7 month old Golden Retriever puppy named Chance

Hobbies/Interests: Teaching, Choreographing, Internet, Editing Music For Dance, Sleeping, Movies, Traveling, Hot Tubs(with a glass of wine)

Height: 5'1

Eye/Hair Color: Blue/Brown

Starting Date of Weightloss Journey: I've set a date for myself and I am going to start on Sunday the 25th of October(this month)

Starting Weight: 200

Present Weight: 200

Goal Weight: I would be MORE than happy with 120-130

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: I work overnights(11p-8a) and I HAVE to have a Mt. Dew to keep me going. Aso I'm always on the go so fast food is just easier and convenient(sp)?

Following any specific plan: Attempting to calorie count and work out at the gym at least 3 days a week doing 45 minutes of cardio(between the eliptical, treadmill, bike and sometimes stair stepper), and 45 minutes of weight lifting and strength training

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past:I've had it with being fat and unhappy and I want to be able to set an example for my students that I teach and have them admire and look up to me.. instead of thinking I'm too too fat to do anything.

Welcome~!

And NOOOO~O fast food is not more convenient. Try making your meals once a week for the whole week. then you just grab and go!

You'll probably see a big difference if you just cut out the Mt Dew.
