Getting out of the 150s

Hey guys, I tried searching the forum for a thread for this but it said there weren't any. Sorry if it's a repetitive post! I've seen the getting out of the 160s thread and was wondering if there was anyone with me stuck in the 150s? I've been in the 150s for about a year now and am committed to getting down to the 140's by December. And fellow chicks with me?

Yep theres alot of fellow chicks with you but they are all on the Moving out of the 150s challenge..... forum, you can join them there. I started the thread when I was in the 150s, you will get all the motivation and support you need... Good luck..
