B - Yogurt (90) coffee (100) banana (150)

S - Yogurt (90)

L - Onion broth (10 cal), cashews (170 cal worth), oatmeal (180 cal)

S - Carrots (40)

Dinner - spinach salad w taco meat and bell peppers and onions (350 cal)

Cal = 1180

Exercise 1 hr run walk

S - plain bagel with 1oz cream cheese (a Tuesday tradition)
L - leftovers: kielbasa in BBQ sauce, roasted broccoli and cauliflower
S - apple
S - after workout protein shake
D - buttercup squash souffle (based on this recipe but with applesauce instead of oil and probably less sugar), and ?????

Total: 1373 calories + ???? for the rest of dinner

Exercise: ~1 hour weights, 45 min running

b--sleep. no class+sick=i'm not waking up before 11 to eat

L: pita with hummus, spinach, cherry tomatoes and cucumbers, light yougurt. Diet Pepsi.

Snack: Banana, maybe a little peanut butter.

Dinner: turkey burgers with spinach and pickles and light buns, corn on the cob.

Dessert: Skinny Cow Ice Cream sandwich.
I'll have to eat more some where...but I haven't decided what yet.
