Breakfast - 2 medium apples sprinkling of cinnamon
Lunch - 3 boiled potatoes, boiled cabbage, boiled leeks, boiled chicken portion
Tea - 1 medium apple, half tub no fat greek yoghurt, sprinkling cinnamon
