Starting again...
 

Hi all,

I havent been on here in a while and am back again to restart my weight loss.

I lost over 15kgs between July and December last year and have put 8kg back on :eek::( so my boyfriend and I have decided to get our butts back into gear. We currently have a bet going - he has to lose 10kg, i have to lose 7.5kg for first mini goal and winner receives dinner and gold class movie ticket as a reward from the other. Fingers crossed I win! ;)

Welcome Back. One of the best things to do after coming back to try to lose weight is make a decision on what you are going to do different this time so that you don't gain the weight back. A lot of people try a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc time but don't change anything and wonder why they can't succeed. If you do the same thing over and over you are going to fail for the same reasons.
