I completely agree with yoyoma When I let myself get to my heaviest weight which I had been at for a while, 165, I was very confident and pictured myself around 135 - the weight I had been before I gained all the weight. Then after losing all the weight again, and at 130 I and my bras tell myself my body is smaller, but when I look in the mirror I think - I can't believe Im this fat... If I could only lose 15 more lbs. But I must remember that working out/gaining muscle while is the best way to get the body I want, not necessarily diet alone.
