I'm back... after a long hiatus. Unfortunately I don't have any amazing news to report about how great I've been doing and how much weight I've lost.

So I'm just putting it out there.... I'm back... weighing more... and ready to start again.

I'm glad to see so many of you have stuck to your goals.
