I eat chocolate every day! Ice cream is hard for me in terms of portion control, so I buy it in single servings and have it occasionally, but I'd be off my diet pretty quick if I denied myself all sweets.
In fact, Crepes with Nutella and fruit are a standard part of my routine. I use two spoons of flour, one egg, a splash of milk and enough water to thin the batter. It makes 2 small crepes, and I cook them in olive oil instead of butter. Use 1 tablespoon of Nutella for both and 4 strawberries & 1/2 a banana. Dinner for less than 400 calories
