40 lbs lost!! holy crapoli!!
 

I got on the scale this morning and was 1.5 lbs away from hitting the 40 lb mark. For some reason about 2 hours later (at the time I've normally been weighing myself) I decided to jump on again, minus the belt and it said 156!!! I have finally hit the 40 lb mark and I feel freakin fabulous!! When I started this I honestly didn't think I'd be able to lose more than 20, but here I am, a year later, I've lost twice that and am still going. It's crazy how a number can make you feel so good.

Your height, starting weight, and goal are very similar to mine. I only hope that I can follow your success in losing. Congratulations!
