m doing pretty good diet wise and Pretty good about getting in my activity. I am just not seeing any significant progress on the scale! and to make matters worse we have company coming in for a week and they are a very picky eater/ never eat anything healthy. This is going to be a pretty big challange for me!

I have a huge apartment complex with lots of trees (yay Sacramento ) so I love being outside, and I found that running outside is a great motivation. I kind of made a workout circuit from what's out there, mixing jogging, sprinting, stretching, stairs, push ups, wall sits, all sorts of things! Think I'll see a pretty great drop on WI day!

Sigh. Stress. Binge eating. TOM. Relationship anxieties. Its all deterred me for the past 6 days. I've been off the wagon. Resorting to unhealthy eating behaviors. By that I mean the consumption of complete junk and deff. a little binging without much thought. Ugh the guilt and shame. Well I gotta just get back on track tomorrow. Keep going. Only about two more weeks til the end of my challege, and I am falling behind! I hope I didn't gain anything back from my awful eating the past few days. Oiy P

just starting... went to dr. recently and i have gained 15 pounds since last year. not ok with that. 27 day challange is perfect - i have a work even on the 18th of sept. and wanna wear a dress and not worry about feeling uncomfortable. last week have not worked out due to being out of town and drama with the bf. today is the start!

good luck thugz <3 you can do it!!

I weighed in at 168 even today. So...since I've started I've only lost about 3.5 lbs. I was hoping to have come further by now but with all the slips ups I've had along the way I guess its pretty good lol and there are still 2 more weeks to go!

so tomorrow is the final day of my 27 challenge. along the way i got sidetracked with a break up and prepping to move and all kinds of other stresses. so i guess i only lost a measly 3 lbs!

Well...it was worth a shot. Maybe once im settled in, start getting over my breakup and just calm down I can re-focus my energy on trying again!
