So far today I've done pretty good...went grocery shopping for some fresh produce...yum. =) its crazy how easy it is to forget how good that stuff actually does taste when you haven't had it in awhile! lol. And I decided not to drink any wine. I've let myself drink a few cups of gatorade and thats enough! lol. I'll be sure to update more tomorrow, I need to basically just drink a lot of water the rest of the night and I should be good!
Well I've had about 1450 cals total today. Thats more than I had hoped but still pretty good for a saturday and I think I will sleep fine tonight so I shouldnt over eat or anything. =) I hope! lol man this challenge should also be to not binge! |

this sounds perfect as I am going back to school on august 19th and I would like to be down 8 or nine pounds by then and I am really hoping that I can make that happen! My plan eat on plan perfectly drink tons of water daily activity of some sort I will also try and check in daily, this morning my weight was 160.4 and I ate perfecty so we shall see. |

I have re-commited myself to this today after a pretty rubbish month of July lol. So in 27 days i would LOVE to lose 8-10lbs. More like to be aiming for 8lbs - 2 lbs a week to keep me on track for losing a stone in seven weeks! To achieve my goal, i will be.. -avoiding all deserts! I can't just have one small slice of cake lol so prob best to avoid all deserts (except fruit and the occassional yogurt) -avoiding crisps. -doing excersice (on top of walking to work etc) 3/4 times a week. ETA-eating smaller portions - that's one of the mian things i struggle with so this will be pretty hard! -plan some kind of reward cause as much as i'd like to believe that looking at the scales after a loss would be reward enough, i like to give myself things lol! I've just come off a week of bad eating after doing night shift (when I'm tired I just can't say no to the junk my sister has lying around the house) and I really REALLY need a kick up the backside. I could definitely do 10 pounds I think... I've just serviced my bike so I will be stepping up the excersise. What is the end date of the 27 days? |

I weighed in at 146.6 this morning which is waaaay too good to be true. My next milestone for this challenge is 146.0 on August 1st, so... if the scale isn't lying, I'm soooo right on track!!!! Rather, a week early!!! TOM might throw things out of whack a little bit, as it's coming up! |

I needed to get a few pairs of work pants so I went to the store and the only sizes within my price range were 3 pairs of pants, one was a 9/10 juniors, 10 juniors, and 12 misses. And magically all 3 fit! I couldnt believe it. I havent weighed in in a while (almost two weeks) so maybe I do weigh less Somehow? I just cant imagine how the eff i fit into the two tens! Last time I could fit that size was two summers ago when I was in the 150's...lol maybe I got the two random pairs that were made the wrong size haha idk but I am so happy! I thought I would go in the dressing room and only fit the size 12 pair and than be depressed and amazingly I didn't...so holy crap. lol. yeah just cant believe it! anyhow, did good today, had around 1300 cals although I didnt count properly, so thats an estimate. but late last night i ended up eating more than what I had last posted, so I know I had a few hundred extra ones yesterday. O well at least today wasnt to bad afterall. I still think I am gonna wait a few days before weighing in through...I think I am doing better right now Not knowing. lol. |

I'm in! I want to be 10 pounds down by the end of August. That will be 195 for me. Here's what I'm going to do:
*drink 2 liters of water today *work out 4 times a week *cut out my daily mountain dew habit :o *track mycalorie intake in dietpower with a goal of 1500-1800 calories I'm excited! I want to be under the 200 mark BAD!!!! |
I'm in :) I've been spiraling downwards and I need a boost in the right direction. I start school again in 27 days, so this is perfect. I'm hoping for 10 pounds as well.

im new to this forum and i really need some motivation so can i join in? I would like to lose 10lbs by 27th august the day i go back to uni. Im back at my parents house this summer and my mum really helps me eat healthy, but i always sneak snacks. SO my goals. 1) dont sneak snacks-especially chocolate 2) reduce portion sizes and dont go crazy at my mum for telling me to do so 3) excercise every single day unless i physically cannot move 4) look after myself I weight 156 pounds and i would love to weight 146 by end of august. |

I am doing pretty good I plan on going on a walk today and doing a workout video. I hve also been eating ver well, I love having all of this fresh summer produce!! I am ready to see the scale move aain since it has been on 159.0 for sooooooo long! Im thinking tomorrow :)
