So I finished level ONE and TWO from the 30DS! I still can't believe it! Every single day... no breaks. I start level 3 tomorrow! I haven't lost any lbs, but I do feel a LOT more fit and toned... so for those who aren't sure if they want to do it... just do it! It really does work!
Glad to hear it works for you! I tried it and lasted 2 days I just cant do the exact same thing for days on end. It drives me nuts And i think Jillian is not my favourite person in the world either
