Hi! Have 10lbs to loose in 7 weeks for a party and a holiday, was that weight last autumn but havnt tried to shift winter weight yet. Think it shouldnt be too difficult, just need a bit of accountability really!

This forum is great for that! I found that joining challenges really helps me stay on track. Check out Chicks Up for a Challenge and you will find tons of great ones. :D
