Getting out of the 230's I mean I see other posts but none for us heavier ladies on the 20 something board. I think it would be good to help motivate each other. Even if your in the 220's I think we should start something and support each other. I would like to shed 10lbs by the end of August..
I absolutely think you should. I know there are a few people here and there who are around the 230s. If there aren't that many people who are just in the 230s alone, maybe you could make a "getting out of the 200s" thread?
Last night I took a zumba class at the gym and it was so fun but at the sametime I felt the burn. I love group classes more so. Tomorrow I will be taking a beginners cyle class for 30mins then after having my first free personal training session(you get two per year) Ill be measured and all that good stuff they will also give me a plan for toning so Im pretty excited about that.
I'm in. I very much want to get out of the 200s. I've been here for years and I'm sick of it. I know that I'm headed in the right direction, but I desperately want to see 199 before school starts back for me towards the end of August. Heck, even 199.8 would work!
I've been stalled for a while, but I read a bunch of old threads and now I'm trying to do cardio in the morning before breakfast to see if that helps.
i would loe to see a get out a 'get out of the 200" thread. I mean, im threading this line of I can't seem to break that 200 mark. I get close. . . GAH!!!!
