Default INTENSE chocolate craving

Help me!! I'm craving chocolate SO badly right now! I have no points left, and yesterday I went to a wedding so no Flex points either! I already worked out today and I just finished supper (which had protein, veggies and whole grains). I'm not hungry, I just feel down and the chocolate upstairs is calling my name!! Throwing it out is not an option cause i live with my parents and sister and they wouldn't appreciate it. What do I do??

Do you have a small amount of chocolate? Like a Dove promise or something? Maybe try to distract yourself... read a book, work on a hobby.
Those chocolate cravings are killer!

I've read before that just smelling chocolate can satisfy a craving...for some..perhaps not for myself...do you have any cocoa you could smell???

The first bite is the most satisfying. If a little chocolate doesn't cure the craving, odds are, a lot won't help either. I like to displace my cravings. I once ate 6 oranges to avoid eating pizza. It actually worked and saved me points
