Bah I THOUGHT I was doing well- I think this heat is killing me cuz I've been drinking like 50% more water than normal- literally having at least 12 glasses of water a day (from my normal 8). The scale went up to 215 today- so I'm like how much could be from the 2+ gallons I consumed JUST over sat and sunday?

I'm not giving up though- that's what THEY want me to do... (Not sure who they is right now lol).

Yay! What a great idea! I'm getting close, but I just got under it for my wedding and then shot right back up. So the goal is to get into onederland and stay there this time! So far just counting calories but I will start exercising this week. Good luck girls!

All right girls, I'm in!!!:D I am aiming for the end of August, that would be so sweet :cloud9:.

Sadly, I haven't seen 199 since probably 2002.

Congrats Mommyofsix!!

I really needed some motivation and coming here was great. My enthusiasm is totally dropping off after only two weeks...=( I'm nervous.

I have lost consistently and I new the day would come but trust me ladies it is better than I ever imagined. Am I a size smaller, no, but I feel so much better about myself. It seems like just getting under 200 was what I needed to see just so I could feel like the sacrifice and hard work are all worth it.

Congrats, that's so great!:bravo:

At what rate are you ladies currently losing? I mean in a month what have your stats been? I know weight lost slows down as you get closer to your goal so Im just wondering. I have lost five lbs in the past week doing weights and cardio. I do weights before cardio then on my off weight days I just do about an hour of cardio so far this is working out great

I'm in! I hit 198 for about 3 weeks in 2007 and haven't seen it since. Boo.

I'm in! Currently at 212.5lbs so think I could get into onederland in a month, month and a half. Desperate to get into onederland so any advice and support on offer would be greatly appreciated!

I'm new but I'm definitely in.

I've been following 3FC for a while and I'm so inspired by everyone so I decided to join and I'm definitely in for the onederland challenge. My Onederland goal is New Years 2010 so fingers crossed. I was like 17 last time I weighed under 200. WE CAN DO IT!!!!!

I've been all over the place: April -12.4 (this wasn't my first month but it was the month I got serious about it), May -1.6 (I had a 8 lb gain one week [went a bit nuts on vacation] that totaly threw my net loss off, without that week my loss for that month is 9.6), June - 2.4 (total yo-yo month: lost 3.8, gained 3.8, lost 6, gained 3.6) So far this month I've only lost 1 lb, but I'm expecting around a 2 lb loss at weigh-in this Saturday

My biggest battles have been stay on track during vacation (I had 2 vacations this summer, double-wammy to the weight loss) and getting too cocky (slacking off) after a big loss

I usually loose about 6 lbs a month. The last few months I've been unemployed and a little down so they've been like 2-3 lbs/month. I've got a new job coming up in a week and a half, so hopefully with that my mood will pick up and I'll be back on track. I'd love to be in onederland before october. :)
