What am I talking about? Ok, so you know how the doctor's office scales have two weights, the big one on the bottom measuring out 50# and the smaller one on top measuring in smaller increments? This afternoon at the gym I only had to move the big block 2 notches to the right--to 100lbs instead of 150lbs!! This was a huge mental marker for me. Now I just need to get that small weight to move back to the left...
149lbs and normal BMI--woohoo!!

That, and I think it would be a healthy endpoint for my height/build.
