Tomorrow begins a week of horrible off-programness... I'm going home for the weekend!!!!!! SO excited!!!

I'm a little frustrated that I'm not losing weight quicker but let me say - I'm definitely less hungry now, I mentioned before I'm not eating 1200 calories and I actually feel like I eat too much...

iconised, I've got to ask... lemon chicken crackers??

stellarosa27 07-15-2009 09:21 PM

Yay Icon!

Today was horribly off program. I didn't even record the points. I couldn't tell if I was hungry or not, so I ate what I would have, and then there was cake. And ice cream. And I was falling asleep so I justified the sugar fest. /bad Jennierose!

Back on track tomorrow starting with spinning at 5:30.

Good evening ladies,

I did try The Daily Plate over the past few days. It's a useful website, tons of information-- and all for free! Thanks for ya'll's help.

I am going to go see the new HP movie tomorrow sometime. I am very excited, it looks like it will be awesome. (By the way, looking forward to New Moon as well, in November, I think?)

My cousins (or rather, my first cousin's kids) are coming into town this weekend (aged 19, 10, and 2.5), and we are going to take them to Six Flags and the St Louis Zoo. I am not a kid person by any stretch of the imagination, but I have to admit that these kids are especially awesome and adorable. Plus, there are so many family problems right now that they deserve a nice vacation.

The only bad thing is... we are going to the waterpark and I will have to wear a swimsuit. Kind of makes me nervous that I'll look like a beached whale, but I would rather have fun that be self-conscious.

For personals-

Icon- YAY! Congrats!!! (I'd watch out for spoiled yogurt though.)

Mini- Hope you have fun this weekend with your family.

Well, that's all for now. I hope you guys have a wonderful evening!

M

ghost - WOO HOOO!! How much in pounds is that? Sorry, never learned kg's. Either way, you rule.

Iconised Ghost 07-16-2009 12:31 AM

Minitwinkie- dont ask  its Taylor and my way of taking over the world :D http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/20-s...12-18-a-3.html

stella and shelly- thanks :D

Luvja- its around 154 pounds i think. Which doesnt sound as cool. I guess being out of the "70"s is kinda like moving out of the 160s or 150s etc in terms of excitment

luvja 07-16-2009 01:49 AM

ghost - 154! That's amazing. ALMOST out of the 150's! :)

Blcarter84 07-16-2009 07:18 AM

IConised= YAY I am super stoked for you! I cannot WAIT to be at 154..darnit:)

Luvja- Good morning darling...le sigh...it better be sunny outside today!

So ladies I got up at 5:30 this morning to make my boyfriend breakfast and pack his lunch. Then at 6:30 my son woke up. Now its almost 7:30 and I want to go back to bed! i am going to work out at 8:30 then shower, get ready, drop my son off at a friends house, get my hair done. Then hopefully enjoy the weather on my day off. Then when my boyfriend gets back from Detroit we are going to drive to go look for a car for me! SO MUCH TO DO!!! I just want it all to be done already

forestroad 07-16-2009 09:09 AM

LOL Icon and Taylor, you are nuts

sharpie89 07-16-2009 09:26 AM

Blcarter84- Wow your days sound like mine!! I wish you lots of luck with your car buying, just remember to have fun!

miss shelly84- Sounds like you are going to have lots of fun!! Don't worry about the pool...just have a good time!

So the last few days have been good, I just have been a little depressed, I don't know why...The next ten days I will be alone all day, because my little sisters (whom I take care of) went to our lake house with our dad...I cant go because of my puppy...long story...So wish me lots of luck today...I am going to weigh in, I didn't do it yesterday, I forgot, packing and all. And I have to get lots of cleaning done...
Oh and this music video is the best!! The song makes me feel completely unselfconscious...http://www.cmt.com/videos/trailer-ch...beer-gut.jhtml

stellarosa27 07-16-2009 10:02 AM

Shelly - Don't worry about it, just have fun! :) I'm only sort of excited for New Moon - I wasn't a fan of the book (I like Eclipse more) and there's talk of maybe doing the midnight show if its on a Thursday NOT a Tuesday. The wolves should be cool, though.

Becky - good luck car shopping!

Ditto on the can't wait to be at 154 - or near there.

SO spinning this morning was an epic fail. I must have shut my alarm clock off in my sleep b/c I woke up at 7 very refreshed and slightly annoyed. I guess my body really needed to sleep. I won't be able to go to the gym tonight, but I reserved my spot in the Spinning Happy Hour tomorrow night at 6:30 - its like 65-75 minutes of spinning instead of the usual 45, so I kind of feel better. I'm pledging to be very disciplined this weekend - I want to get up early and go hiking on Saturday before the heat really kicks in, maybe gets some photography in as well. I have to check the weather but I'm super psyched that its ALMOST the weekend. I'm also going to see the Proposal tonight with some co-workers (hence why I can't work out - RYAN REYNOLDS) so hopefully its smooth sailing today.

luvja 07-16-2009 11:13 AM

blcarter - Good morning! Aww you are such a sweet GF, Getting up bright and early to make your man breakfast and pack his lunch. I want to pinch your cheeks  Your getting a new car?? AWESOME!

Iconised Ghost 07-16-2009 05:43 PM

Thanks you guys :D i weighed in today at 70.1kg so im floating around the 69s.

forestroad- you wont be saying that when you see lemon chicken crackers all over your supermarket

blcarter- good luck with the car shopping! I hated shopping for cars, but i love my car now i have it :D Although my budget was tiny, so all i was looking at generally were lovely cars that would be perfect for me if they were about 7 grand cheaper  im sure with a bigger budget its a lot more exciting

stella- stink about the alarm, i hate it when that happens. Ive slept through alarms before, since mine doesnt have sleep mode on it, and it really hacks me off >.< but at least you can make up for it :D

As for me, my cousin had her baby today so thats all very exciting, even if they are all on the other side of the world, we are all celebrating on facebook  and im having my hair done today which is also exciting

minitwinkie 07-16-2009 06:03 PM

Did anyone catch that new show, 650 lb virgin on TLC? It was good eh! He inspires me.... but the saggy skin thing scares the crap out of me. I mean, I know I was no where near as big as him, but sagging skin is always in the back of my mind.

How is everyone doing?

David Smith is very inspirational! I feel for him though, after such an accomplishment he still looks so sad. Gotta give kudos to his trainer too, seems like such a nice guy :) Is the show ongoing? or just a one time special?
