Default I don't know how much I weigh but I do know I've lost 2 lbs..

Okay so I started weight watchers last week. Before going I decided that I'm not going to let myself see how much I actually weigh. I have a tendency to get numbers obsessed so this is my attempt to solve that problem. I am going to ask the woman who weighs me each week to tell me how much I've lost (or gained) rather than my total weight. At first I was thinking I would keep this up for my first 10 lbs or so, however today I thought, why stop there? Why don't I keep this up, and decide when to stop losing based on how I feel about my body rather than by the number on the scale? So far I've estimated what I think I weigh to figure out my daily points target and things, I'm almost positive I know the amount within 10 lbs. So lets see how this works..

It sounds like a good idea, but maybe you could tell your WW leader to just tell you how many points you should have?

That sounds like a good way to not get obsessed with the numbers on the scale!!! Good luck!
