I'm just about to go to bed and am thinking how great it would be if you could burn calories just by wishing and wanting something to happen! I would be well under 190 if that was the case :) I've kept on my calories the last few days, but quite a bit of it has been junk. oh well. |

I hope everyone had a nice holiday! I know I definitely did some damage. I ate a billion cupcakes and I drank so the scale is up. But I am going to work hard this week to keep the pace going! Good luck ladies. :D |
Yeah, I definitely could have done better this weekend... I'm postponing my weigh in until tomorrow and hoping some of the ice cream I ate will have magically disappeared by then :)

I overdid it this weekend, too. I kept telling myself I didn't need another cupcake...yet I kept going back and getting one. I didn't drink though, and I consumed about 2200 calories. I hope I balanced it out today. I guess I'll find out tomorrow with my weekly weigh in.

I'm at 195. Not too bad for how off-plan I was Friday and Saturday.
But I'm back OP. And I am starting to go to the gym as soon as I get off work everyday. I noticed if I go before I get home, I feel good. Once I'm home, I get lazy and just want to relax. I am going to do 15 minutes of cardio, at least, everyday. I will do more, but on days I need a break 15 minutes will still make a difference. I'm at a point where I am starting to get really flabby, and exercising regularly will really help. Plus I'm sure it'll contribute to my losses. I heard cardio is great for eliminating belly fat (and overall). |
I'm 190.69 today (I could have written 190.7 or 191, but I didn't :) )
SOOOO glad we don't have 4th of july celebrations here. I need big long breaks between eating holidays. Christmas, easter... I think that's all we have, unless you count Australia Day barbeques and booze. I haven't been excersising at all, my excuse for the last week is that is has been too hot, and today that it is pouring (English weather). I'm doing ok for now with eating right and counting calories, but I've set myself a deadline to start excersising and now am freaking out a little bit. I loathe excersising in public (not too distant memories of teenage w***kers laughing at me from cars) but I have no money! I need free, solitary excersise. For now at least. Any suggestions? |
I was doing so good....but the 4th of July killed me and my weight skyrocketed up!!! I'm still in the 190's, especially since a lot of the water weight is slowly coming off, but I'm definitely not as close as i was late last week :(
I'll get there though!!!! |
I haven't been here in foreverrrrr but I am so ready to get out of the 190's. I have been in the 190's for entirely too long. I am at 196 right now... hoping by August to be in 180's!

WormwoodDoll - I am so there too!!! I've been exercising way more than usual and while my eating hasn't been perfect, I've cut out most of the junk and way increased my fruits and veggies. I guess I'm not going up, so that's good - I just feel like I'm so close to the 180s and I'm not sure what else I can do to get there! So frustrating...

WormwoodDoll - maybe you should give yourself a couple of days rest? Mix your body up a bit. I don't really have a solution, but I'm sure it's just a temporary glitch. Good luck! |

Wormwood Doll - I'm going through things very similar to you!! When I signed into the thread the first time last weekend, I was 191.8. I somehow am reading 195.2 on the scale almost a week later. I don't understand it!!!! I know I went overboard at the 4th of July party I went to last Saturday, but I didn't think I went overboard enough to warrant an almost 4 pound gain :(
But all this week, I have been hitting the gym for an hour each day, cleaning up the eating, and drinking tons of water. I am going to try to up my calories I think. I am currently on a 1450 calorie plan, but with exercising every day more than before, I think I might need to bump up the calories...or maybe lower? I don't know. All I know is that it's getting frustrating! |
