Goodbye 180's
 
Anyone else want a thread for getting out of the 180's? I could use some serious motivation. I was down to 179, but....isn't there always a but? I don't know what happened but right now I'm bouncing between 183-188 and I'm not happy about it. So how bout it ladies anyone else needing to say goodbye to the 180's forever?

Me me me! I was at 174 in February and now at 183 (down from 185 two days ago). Let's do this!!!

OMG! I am in the exact same boat I have been up and down between 180 and 183 for the last two weeks and it's driving me insane! Every morning I seriously am just like 179.9 PLEASE!

Me too! I've been bouncing between 186-188 for a good month or two months now. I'm ready to see some 170s!

Ok, so I waited for this thread forever and then as soon as it starts I weigh in at 179. Can't say I'm too upset about it :)

Oh man only 3.1 pounds until I see a 7! I can't wait and at 169 I will be considered "healthy" woo woo :)

I'm in! I have been stuck between 184-189 for the last 2 months. Very frustrating because I was losing so well up until now. I'm still going down in inches since I can now comfortably button the size 12s I was struggling into (and man does that feel good after being in an 18 for so long!) but I really want to see the scale start moving again! I broke my arm 2 months ago so exercise has been EXTREMELY limited, but doctor approved me this week to go back to the gym for non-impact cardio. I have been using the recumbent bike for 45 minutes a day and hopefully that will help kick start me back into losing mode. Let's help motivate each other!

Me too!

I'm currently at 183 as well. I just re-started calorie counting and have lost 6 pounds since 16th june but I think I've had my easy first few weeks now. I'm going back to the gym next week to try and stop the stall. 183 - 185 seems to be the range I end up in when I don't pay attention to what I eat.

I just converted my weight from kg to lb and realized that I am around 187 pounds :o
I am so tired of that "8" in my weight :cry:

Anybody else here still needing a bit of motivation? Or is everybody already in the 170- thread (lucky you!)?

I'm still here. I lost 2 pounds this week so I am at 181. So close to 170s yet so far!!!

I have only been in the 180s a short while (down from 190s last week) and I would like to keep it that way!
I'm 187 at the mo.

Oh, hi! :carrot: So we are in the same boat (donīt know if the expression works in englisch as well...). I am at 187 lb at the moment. Iīll start calorie counting at Monday. Until now I lost some weight by just making healthier food choices and cutting down my sweet intake.
I think I will jump on the scale on Wednesday. I think I carry some water weight at the moment (TOM and new meds)- or itīs not water and I am just blobby....:p

Kate109 - we are definitely in the same boat! I count calories, and I think it is the best thing I have ever done, health-wise. I can see now what what I was doing wrong before. Hopefully we will both be in the 170s before too long...
