I agree with those that said there isn't really anything you can do about then. They fade with time but don't ever completely go away. I do think though that using some sort of cream to keep your skin nice and moist is a really good idea and will help them to fade..

I slathered on cocoa butter RELIGIOUSLY from the moment I found out I was pregnant to 2 months post-delivery, and I can honestly say that I don't think it did a thing. Adding insult to injury was the fact that I remained stretch mark free on my belly until 8.5 months into my pregnancy. ARGH!

I have always had stretch marks on my thighs, even when I was a skinny kid. I hate them!!! Even when they're white! Now I have them on my hips as well...I think I hate those the most...I have no idea what to do for them. They are just so icky!!!!

They never really go away. I like to think of them as my battle scars. I have some on the sides of my stomach and tops of my breasts. Mine are at the silvery stage and not too noticeable, I found just toning up will help their general appearance. I also found using a light fake tan helps. Scars don't tend to tan naturally so sun tanning just makes it look worse.
Moisturizing and massage will help if they are pretty new and still red.

I use some Palmer's Cocoa Butter oil. It was expensive. I figure it is a product that has been around for many years and at least helps my dry winter skin become nicer.. maybe it will do something for these stretchmarks. If it doesn't, at least I smell good.

I used this stuff called ScarZone after my first was born and got pretty amazing results in a very little amount of time (about a month). Of course they've never COMPLETELY gone away and have gotten worse with carrying my second. I think I'll try it again someday soon, I really liked what I saw.
