Weighed in at 164.7 this morning. The numbers are going down!!!

I've been stressing out over the ups and downs but I need to chill. I've lost 6 lbs in 38 days that about 1lb a week. I will see you soon enough 150's!

I am unofficially 2lbs down! woo!
Not gonna change ticker yet cause tomorrow is official WI, but looking good!

Actually i will change my ticker! I am excited and i guess i can always put it back up (though, hopefully i won't need to!)

ETA: I am officially 3lbs down!!! How exctiting!! Nearly lost my first stone! woo!!

Ha, this is probably TMI but I'm sure you all have gone through it to so you'll forgive me.

First off, I started my period this morning. Which explains why I started creeping back up to 160s since my last check-in on Sunday (159.5 lbs). Yesterday I was at 161. So this morning I was prepared to see 161 or even 162. When I stepped on the scale and saw 160.3 I was like OH. ****. NO. So I started walking around my apartment to erm, umm, get my system going, paid a visit to the bathroom and weighed in again at 159.9!

And that's the number I'm sticking with.

July 1st official weigh-in: 159.9

so this is my official weigh in day, i was hoping for 160.0 and got 160.5 but i'll take it! my goal is to be out of the 160's by july 4th i am so close i can taste it hopefully i'll be out of here soon! ;)

congrats to everyone you are doing great! we'll be out of here in no time!

Today is 1 full week of eating 1800 cal vs 1600 cal (training for a 1/2 marathon makes you hungry) and whoohoo I'm at 161.6!!! I'm sure I'll be her for another 2-3 weeks but that's cool I'll see the 150's soon enough :-)

I've been stuck at 165 for a couple weeks now. My goal is to get under the 160's by my sister's wedding which is July 25th. We'll see if I can break this non-losing streak by then.

I weighed myself this morning and i went back up to 167 :(
on top of it i ate salty food today and didn't work out!
I need a kick in the butt!
Tomorrow morning I'm waking up and working out before work and I'll have a lighter day. Weigh in is tomorrow night.. :(

ok so I did some yoga after my last post just to know that I did SOME sort of physical activity today.
I feel good for not putting it off until tomorrow:broc:

good job girls! i am up 2 lbs so i didnt make my mini goal of 150's by july 4th... im hoping its bc i stepped up my workouts and since my muscles are sore maybe im retaining water? even with the holiday i have not gone over my calories but once and that was not by much... im so bummed... :(
