Congrats to those who are out. :)

I didn't weigh in today because I ate way too much yesterday- the first really bad food day in awhile. I don't even want to know the number! I'm back on track today and just finished my first week of running C25k, so I'm going to keep this up and see some lower numbers soon. :)

Gottalose20, you should still weigh in! It may not be as bad as you think... Ive weighed less multiple times the morning after eating Chipotle! Even if you didn't lose, the number will be a motivation for you.

so, i'm eating again and i'm back up to 162.5. it's all good though, because now i know it's possible to get under 160, so i have new motivation. i WILL get there by july 4th.

Well i finally saw a change in the weight other than up!!
down to 162.8 YAY i think i am off my stall of a month! maybe now that things started moving again it will keep it up :)

What a great thread! I am so frustrated with the 160s. I've been bouncing from 163-165 for a couple of months now. Two weeks ago I hit 160.0 but then had a terrible weekend when I was out of town. Time to buckle down and get serious again!

i messed up and went out drinking on friday night... i was good all day but those coconut rum and cokes did not go over so well for me. yesterday i could not stop drinking water so i am hoping my body is retaining water right now bc i weighed myself this morning (my official WI is not til wednesday, but still) and i was up to 167 from 163! i am freaked out a little and i am going to be so good for the rest of the week. i need to weigh 162 to be on point for my goal weight of the 150's by july 4... ugh.

but, congrats to everyone who has lost and those who have moved to the 150's thread, i am jealous! :)

161 this morning, hopefully I'll pull into the 150s sometime this week.

However, my instincts are telling me that I'm about to plateau. Gah.

162.4 today I cannot wait to lose more since i have been going soooooo slowwwww lately ( I just calculated that I only lost less than one pound last month!) Well we shall see what tomorrow brings!!

Great thread gals!

I've been stuck in the 160s for AGES! Weighed in at 166.7 this morning. When I make it to the 150s, that'll be my lowest weight since... um.. primary school LOL (ETA: I was in the 160s by 7th grade, I think). I can't wait!

my official weigh in day is today and i am 162.0, so close! i should be in the 150's in the next week 1/2 as my goal is to lose 2 lbs per week and so far so good!

congrats to everyone we are so close, we can do this!!
