Heylo. I'm 20. Nice to meet you :D

Jiggly stuff under arms. Hmm. I'm very much familiar with that! haha I'd like to know how to get rid of it too but you know, you can't just target one part of your body...that way you'd be like some picasso figure.

Anyway, you can still use some techniques to tone up certain areas of your body. Being on my quest to get Michelle Obama arms...I lift weights! and of course lots of cardio. Do some weight lifting, work those arms out and keep moving. Good luck~!

welcome! i have found that running changes EVERY part of my body...add in some free weights and you'll be looking lean and buff in no time! come check out our C25K thread to start an easy running program...

hello! I'm new here too, and I also have "bingo wings" (think of old ladies playing bingo, and they raise the chip in the air, screaming "bingo! bingo!) (jiggling arm!!)). They suck!!! I think lots of cardio followed by arm oriented strength training is the way to go!! Good luck!

thank you for all your support :) I appreciate it. I've been stationary biking, cuz I'm really bad at running, does it do the same? (its on a hard setting)
