CHALLENGE: Make one change/week

  • I want to start making a change per week and adding to it each week. Can be related to eating, exercise, or other facets of life too.


    This week I am cutting out soda, all kinds. Wish me luck!

  • I am going to start adding at least one spinning class to my exercise every week.
  • I am going to stop having sugar in my coffee! This might be kind of hard but also useful since i love coffee so it could add up :-)
