life after C25K
I finished up the c25k program a couple of months ago and have been maintaining 2-3 runs per week depending on how busy I am at work. I would like to run 5Ks regularly (we have at least one a month where I live) and I want to work on improving my time. I can jog about 4miles straight at this point but only at a ~12min mile. Know of any workout plans that fit the bill?
