Default its midnight and im starving.

My usual midnight want to binge hunger feelings have started.

I had dinner at 8.30, had some rice and chicken and some salad.

I was full

now suddenly im so hungry

i had a cup of herbal tea which helped for like 1 hour

ahhhhhhhhhhhhh

can you journal?
can you review how many calories you've eaten and reassure yourself that you are ok?
can you do some stretching and quieting down?
can you sit and meditate?
can you lie down and breathe and tell yourself that you are stronger than a binge?
