Default Turkey Cutlet Recipes???

I have some boneless, skinless turkey cutlets... I've never cooked them before and I was wondering if anyone has a good/healthy recipe for them... most internet searches I do are for battered and fried turkey cutlets.
All I can think of is maybe lemon pepper seasoning. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Anything you would do with chicken! I don't like chicken breast (I'm weird) and I prefer turkey. I just substitute it for any chicken recipe.

My favorite is grilling it with a little olive oil, garlic and pepper and eating it with grilled veggies.

Pound them out, stuff them with a low fat ricotta and spinach mixture, and bake them topped with marinara sauce.Top with little part-skim mozzarella on top at the end and serve with a nice green salad and garlic bread.

Wolf Goddess ---- YUMMMM! That sounds awesome! I will definitely try that next time!
I was in a hurry last night, so i just sprayed some zero calorie spray butter in the pan and seasoned them with lemon pepper and they were really good!

I just had this for dinner - take a turkey cutlet, pour some salsa and fat-free bean dip over it, wrap in foil, and bake for about 15 minutes at 350. Its like a tortilla-less enchilada!
