5/4: I keep losing and gaining the same 2 lbs... Last month I kept going between 147 and 149. This month (so far), I seem to be going back and forth between 144 and 146..
5/8: Achieved exercise goal for Week 2: exercised 3 hours (180 min)!

Default my very first post!

ok...here we ago...and hopefully i am doing this right!

i was hoping to join all of you for ongoing support and laughs for the next little while. i haven't weighed myself in the better part of a few months (too scared, ) but just did my measurements this morning:

bust: 42 (eek)
waist: 34 (eek)
hips: 42 (eek)

i got married just under 2 years ago and was 39-29-39. i'm happy that it's been less than 2 years and i think that i should be able to get back there with A LOT of effort and support!

in terms of goals for the month of May - I'm going to go with 1 inch off each area.

in terms of plan - cardio for 30 mins, 2x/week, pilates (for abs) for 20 mins, 3x/week, and squats/lunges/other exercises i hate so never do for 20 minutes, 3x/week.

i know my cardio is a little bit less but i have a job where i work anywhere between 70-80 hrs a week and come home stressed/exhausted...and while i have my yoga mat set up in the living room in front of the telly, going to the gym means getting off my 42-inch BUTT!

anyways - here's to a great start - look fwd to chatting with all of you LOTS!
