Does anyone remember seeing this anywhere?

A while back i had saw a few write ups about people who drink Ice water and how many extra calories it burns off your body when you drink ice cold water.
It told you how many calories were burnt off for each glass of ice water you drank.

I was just looking for the article for a friend so if anyone knows where i could find something along that line or knows the information that would great if you could share that..

Thanks so much All!!

I remember reading threads like what you mention but here's an article from the website "How stuff works"
http://health.howstuffworks.com/question447.htm

It pretty comes down to the fact that the amount of calories burned is fairly insignificant. And I know in my own experience, I can drink a heck of a lot more water when it's not freezing my teeth and giving me chills... which probably has more benefits than the calories burned. :)

Yeah, you'd probably be better off to resolve to chew your food more, or something like that.

I listened to a podcast about that once, and after the math was said and done on the subject, it ended up being about 2 calories hahaha... So drink whatever tastes good to you!

actually, you drink more water when it isn't freezing cold. And it's better for your vocal chords... So my professors tell me... Yet, I still like mine with TONS of ice in it
