Default Need a nice big KICK in the pants.

Good Morning Ladies (and gents)

Im not starting this thread to whine about how i feel bad for myself cause i fell off the wagon. I fell off a few months ago and kinda just stopped everything. No exercise no diet plan and for some reason i just cant get myself motivated. I need you ladies to give me a kick in the pants. Convince me that i NEED to get back on and start eating right and working out. I know i felt better when i was doing things the right way im just well i guess too lazy and i think i was getting a little bored of with it. I got on the scale this morning and my weight was 11 lbs higher than my ticker weight! Im turning 21 in july and i want to look smokin hot for it. So ladies help me out here. Convince me i NEED to do the right thing. I want to be back i just need a little push

Hey, I fell seriously off the wagon back in November, I lost 15lbs during September and October last year. I was really unhappy with everything at that time and losing weight gave me something to concentrate on but when my life turned around in November, dieting took a back seat!! So between November and now, I had gained back 20lbs (5lbs more than my starting weight last time) and decided that I need to do something about it! So here I am. This site helped me so much last time and I know everyone here will help me again

i have fallen off too but you already know what you need to do so do it! you know what your goals are, how you want to look, how you want to feel and everyday you do the right things you are closer to reaching those goals and being so proud of yourself for doing so!

SO GET TO IT!

i'll help pull you back on this wagon but you've got to stay there!
