so i am really struggling right now. between classes and a bad episode of depression that i cant seem to shake i am feeling totally out of control. along with that i can not seem to get back OP with my eating and exercise. here is where i need you!
my goal is to complete one rotation of the Extreme Fat Smash Diet before graduation. In order to do so I need to start today (friday). i want to be down as much as i can before i walk across that stage and receive my degree on may 16th!
i need support and i know you girls can help me!
anyone, any plan, any age please join in with me and help me to be OP for 21 days and we can share our successes together.

Hello! I would love to join you.. I also need to stay OP.. I never manage one entire week.. So this is just what I need-
My plan is to workout (at least a walk) everyday.. Drink no juice or soda, no cookies, candies and stuff like that.
I can make it for 3 days,, then I should be able to make it for 21 days
May I join in? I am trying really hard to make it down to my goal weight by my vacation to Scotland (July), and I know I won't be able to do it if I don't stick to my plan.
My Plan
I am following a calorie & exercise cycling program (of my own design, nothing spectacular here). I also try to drink 64 ounces of water per day, plus another 20 for each 45 minutes of exercise I do. This is what one week should look like.
I'm doing the 21 day challenge on the support forum, but I would love to do it here too
I'm only on day 4 so I don't mind starting fresh
The more people to hold me accountable the better right?

Today is Day 1 of 21
1. Be active for at least 30 mins everyday (it doesn't have to be in a gym, walks, tennis, golf count too)
2. No Soda
3. Stay under 1500 calories
i woke up to a busy 1 year old...my niece and have eaten half of my breakfast i will eat the rest now and plan to go run in this beautiful weather. now off to clean the kitchen so i can prepare my food!

Yesterday went great, I was OP. My exercising was good, took a 38 min walk and then 45 min biking.
So far today is OP, I woke up early and took a 44 min walk. Will take a run later in the afternoon..
Id love to join you guys. I broke my ankle about 2 months ago and all weight loss has come to a stand still. I have never been 100% with the diet portion of weight loss. I have always relied on my physical activity to make up for any extra calories. Well, that can't be the case anymore. I need to get this diet in check, and then once I can move again Ill really be rockin'.
Goals:
Water only
Well balanced diet with no extra snacking
Abs and some upper body exercise
track diet on fitday
Still OP but thinking realistically about my schedule and life for the next three weeks and i dont think i will be able to follow the EFS to a tee. i can do better by sticking to my calories and making good choices. so i am changing my goals but still OP!
Goals:
Eat Clean! Fruits and Veggies, No white carbs, two healthy snacks a day
Fish, Chicken and Turkey Only!
Log In the Daily Plate everyday and hit my cals or below everyday!
Do Two-a-Days everyday that I can
Drink 1/2 my body weight in water
Post here everyday!
k that seems doable i have too much going on for this diet that needs to be followed to the letter. i will try it again after graduation lol.
went to church and then came home cleaned up the kitchen and cooked my dinner. i am now sitting in my room i think i am going to take a quick snooze get up and do some hw
i made some pasta with chicken sausage from trader joes! yummy! cant wait till dinner.
