Default Being sick stinks

I miss my workouts. I miss being to stomach food. I miss being able to trust the numbers on the scale w/o knowing that it's because I'm sick and not eating.
And I'm mad I can't put stickers on this week for going to my gym class and doing all my strength training.

I swallowed 2 tsp of honey to help ease my cough and the sweetness of it about made me sick again because I'm not used to sweets anymore.

Just griping bc it's 5:30am and I'm still up (ugh)

Haha I was going to throw in the barf smiley but it's kind of gross!

I feel your pain. I got hit with the flu and I hate being so weak and the stomach problems. Staying in calories isn't hard, but now my workouts are all messed up and I WAS doing the 30DS before all of this happened . . . gues I'll have to start that over again.

But, it is nice to know that you will sooner or later be able to hop right back OP having overcome your illness.

You could dilute the honey in hot water, add a squeeze of lemon and drink it warm. It won't taste quite as sweet and makes for a pleasant drink to help ease the cough. Get better soon!

I'm there too. I've have a cold for about a week and the stress of work made it worse I haven't had the energy to workout at all and I feel awful . I took the day of work today and just RELAXED! I already feel better and am going to try 30 DS tomorrow!

I hope you feel better!!! Being sick is never fun!
