back in action!
So, I just got back from the gym after taking a 2-month hiatus...because I was just being plain lazy. I did the tredmill for 35 minutes.. and the bike for 35 minutes..burning over 600 calories(according to the machines, don't know how accurate they are).. hoorray!.. lol aaaand now I'm dead tired. haha I feel good though :)
So I was wondering, on the days that you're feeling lazy and don't feel going to the gym.. what motivates you and gets you going? |
Yay! congrats on the hard work today.
I am just getting back on track, but during better times if I really didn't want to go to the gym I would pop in an exercise DVD and work out at home. I have 2 fav exercise videos, bellydancing and a video that has cardio, pilates and yoga. When I am feeling unmotivated all I have to do is look in the mirror. I guess the rolls motivate me :/ |
Thanks! Ohh DVD's are a good idea. What are the names of them? Do they work pretty well?
.... and I def know what you mean about the rolls motivating you, haha.. ugh I just feel so disgusted at myself for letting myself get this way. |
Great job getting back on track! If you are looking for any good DVD's, check out Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred. It is awesome. ;) I really like the BL and Prevention DVD's too.
