Throw them out! I would dump them all in the sink and then run water over them. When they are good and soaked throw them in the trash. If you don't throw them out you're just going to eat the rest of them today, and we both know it's not worth it! Just think of the money as an investment you made to learn a lesson. Now you know you can't buy that stuff.

I agree with the above posters. I just had a talk with my boyfriend last night, because I won't buy him any junk food. I told him to buy his own, and hide it from me. He says I just need self control. Obviously, his skinny little butt (he weighs 120 soaking wet) doesn't need to worry, and plus he hasn't grown up binging since childhood. My form of self control starts with not buying the stuff in the first place, or only getting a single serving of something for a once in a while treat. Once its in the house, its as good as gone.

I'm in the same boat with Larabars. I bought a bunch of the apple and cherry pie ones, thinking they'll tide me over when I have to pull those no-lunch-break shifts at work, but I end up eating them IN ADDITION to meals now. It's like bringing a lean cuisine to work for dinner and having that plus whatever they're already serving. Terrible.
