HI everybody! I haven't been on 3fc in a couple weeks now and it sucks so bad. I don't have internet all the time where I'm living and only get online once in a blue moon. I have eaten half like crap and half almost like crap for about amonth now. I'm making myself get back on track but it's really hard because I'm so busy getting my life in order. So I just wanted you guys to know that I'm still out here and missing you a lot. I HAD to come read some posts today for a pick-me-up and it helped a lot. Hope verybody is wonderful and I'll be back here with you guys soon!!

I'm doing the same thing. I got very close to goal and strayed from the site--only for a week, but enough to get me away from routine. Well, I gained 7 pounds! lol We both need to get back on track. Welcome back!
