damn that sucks... where do you work out when you do work out?

I really never ever work out. I don't believe I've ever set foot in a gym. I'm all about going out to great falls for a hike or taking a long walk with the dog on the bike path, but exercise for the sake of exercise has never been something I've been able to convince myself to do. I may join the gym that just opened at the hospital across the street from my office as I'm sure my 26 pounds lighter self would look even better if I had some muscle tone, but I have managed to convince myself that because I spend all day schlepping from my office to the court to the jail and back again that I'm not completely sedentary.

ya see i have a sedentary job... other than roaming around the office, i'm sitting all day in front of a computer. what do you do? which court house?

i <3 great falls... i was *just* talking about going there once the weather ACTUALLY breaks... do you know it was SNOWING in Gaithersburg today? WTF?

My office is in Manassas and I'm primarily in court either in Prince William or Fairfax county.

Snow!?! Crazy.
