Crystal Light?

okay guys I have a question; so I know that water is a very important part of any healthy living regimine BUT I seem to have a little trouble getting all my water in. I've bought some of those crystal light packets that you stick in water bottles and my question is if you add something like that to the water does it still count towards daily water intake? These packets are sweetened without sugar and have 5 or 10 calories apiece.

I count them as my water when I have them :) I usually dilute them to a 24oz bottle of water (I think each packet is two servings anyway)

Yep you sure can count them as your water!! I buy the tubs that make like 2 quarts and have that in the fridge for the times im not so keen on water...

I hate water! I like my water with sugar and flavor and that's kool-aid! So crystal light is a great substitute (cuz I'm sure kool-aid isn't on anybody's it plan!)

Oh that is such a relief to hear. I'm trying to keep up with my water intake but somedays I just have taste for something else....I love the frunch punch and lemonade! :)

also keep in mind that most foods can count at least partly towards your water for the day up to about 20%. drinking too much water can actually be detrimental as it dilutes your body chemistry and electrolytes. just make sure you arent thirsty. once youre thirsty, youre dehydrated

Man, I have a hard time drinking water without crystal light. Lemonade is my favorite!
