Back on the Wagon
Ive been off the wagon for quite some time but I finally got back up onto the elliptical today. I was only able to do 15 minutes but I figure its a start and now I have to get my eating back on track. I figured I'd add a little intro onto this so I am 22 and in my first semester of my senior year of college, im going back home next semester to finish up. I am hoping to start to get my weight under control which I know will be difficult, at the moment I have about 90 pounds to lose.
