Cake- Congrats on your awesome workout! That is fantastic and it just proves that we are
much more capable than we think we are.

Crazyhopeful- I hope you decide on at least 1400 cal. Wouldnt want you to crash and burn only a few weeks in.

kswood- congrats!!

Well i survived my drive Had some interesting merging...always interesting when you go from driving your dad's V6 to your own 1500cc xD But no one died or even was injured! So that was pretty nice. I was even brave enough to drive to the gym too ^_^ I may have done some damage calorie wise, just adding it up now. Hope everyone had a good monday!

Edit: nope im still good calorie wise i think ^______^

Heat her - I have faith that it will work

Kindra- Congratulations on the 199!!!! Welcome to Onederland!

Icon - You did it! ANd didn't even go over your calories with all that stress...awesome!!!

Tandi - I am glad you are mocing on. You don't deserve to be treated that way. Even though you were making more money your peace of mind has no price. *Believe Me I know*

Crazy - what is L&L ?

RHTS _ wow that is tough. I hope you feel better. You what sucks. Last night reading another I post I realized when I get to goal weight (another 20 pounds) I won't have the body I always thought i would. I am going to look the same just smaller. I was a little bummed once I realized that this image I had was just that an image. Please let me know it how it goes with the doc and you can PM if you want

Brie - I hope calorie counting works for you. DId you ever get a chance to look at the 4 Day Diet I sent you. I have lost 9 pounds with it last month. And even though I don't follow it day by day after my last module I eat the same way and am still losing weight.

Taylor - Heeeeeeyyy Are you back?

Nicki - you have hit the jackpot with BF.

Bliss- **** yeah you should have been mad

hello ladies... i too fell off the wagon... after gaining almost 10lbs this week, i've decided to get back on the wagon for good. i know i'm a happier person when i work out, and i feel better in general....

so as of today i'm going to go to the gym at least 3x/week and try to do WATP at home the other 2 days and have weekends off... but now that the weather is better, the BF and i are going to start to do more outdoor stuff... this weekend i think we might go see the cherry blossoms then hit up a museum... perhaps the Natural History Museum (it's my favorite downtown)

not sure if anyone posted this yet for you, but here's a helpful link in figuring out calories/day. It's in the calorie counters forums

Good morning ladies! So I had an absolutely amazing weekend. I worked a lot but HEY I had some fun too. Didn't have the kiddo saturday night and so I went out to casino with this guy that I met Friday and his friend Tom. We totally just hung out(no drinking) there from 11 til 6:30 am then I went to work at 10...without sleeping. Worth every minute of it though!!

Needless to say that I didn't work out sat or sun...BUT i weighed myself this morning and I was at 173.2!! that's down from 180 a week ago(because of TOM). So i am goign to make myself some delicious food, workout and start some laundry.

No personals right now...I feel like I am WAY behind today so maybe I can get caught up now

melissa I think 30lbs by July is very doable! Girl I love me that show too! I'm so upset that they are all leaving. I'm NOT a fan of the twins!!!!

bliss Not over-reacting at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would have been just as furious. After all your hard work. I know it was his birthday but the two of you had plans and he knew it.

taylor LOL! Too funny but don't worry girl. Get your behind back into gear!!!!!

remember Thanks girl! Big hugs your way. Don't worry girl. Mirrors are evil. LOL. You are beautiful no matter heavy or not heavy. Don't freak out and know that we love you here ALWAYS!

crazy LOL!!!!! Good job at dinner!

kswood Welcome to ONEderland! Keep it up and kiss those 200s goodbye!

tandi Oh no honey! I'm sorry! Don't worry. YOu will find something. Keep looking! I hate job hunting but keep your head up

cake Thanks girl! I think so too! I really do love him. What's even more fantastic is it took me 8 months to realize that. Usually I fall in love quickly but I took my time with him. My friend says we are literally the perfect couple and we make her sick. Giggle~

sxul Great planning! You sound like you are stepping back into this with both eyes wide open! We are here for you girl. You can do it

carter Wow what a weekend!!!!!!!!!!!! Sounds like you had a blast though

So I'm in a fantastic mood! Not sure why just very very happy today! I know it'll be a good day. Had a good day off yesterday and enjoyed the time. Went to sleep last night without the BF's arms around me. LOL. Was easier than I thought. Don't think I didnt' miss him though. I need to do my weights and my 30DS today. I'm kinda hoping the BF doesnt' ask to see me today cuz I love spending time with him more than I enjoy exercising and I don't think I can tell him no. LOL!!!!!!

HAPPY MONDAY!

thanks everyone! So, we had it out later when he came home.... With words... We live together, so we spend a lot of time together, which I like, but sometimes we do need alone time, and that's what he was doing... and he thought that i was interfering because i would call or text him during the day and such. So from now on, when one or the other wants/needs alone time, we have to notify the other to allow for this. And i let him have it with how frustrated i was about his birthday. and he agreed that he was in the wrong and should have spent that day with me AND his friends. which would have been fine with me, it was gorgeous outside... I bbq'd by myself with charcoal, which i absolutely HATE. He will find out by Thurs/Fri whether or not he's going to St. Louis to work, and depending, I may go home this weekend. (I want some boiled crawfish... and I need to spend some time with my dad..)

So, we worked things out... I didn't kill him like I almost wanted to. BUT I did resort to old HORRID habits these past few days because of the chaos I was in and ate miserably. I HATE and LOVE easter all at the same time. I don't know if all of you have heard about Elmer's Candies? But they seem to only come out around Easter, and are AMAZINGLY AMAZING. Somehow, I gave in and bought a pack of Heavenly Hash, which is a marshmallow with almonds and covered in chocolate.... heaven. But it's 150 calories, 6g fat and 1 g fiber... 3 points, not so bad... but i had 3 of them alone yesterday. I have GOT TO get back in the gym this week and eat better, otherwise my weigh-loss journey will end in defeat. And I don't want a repeat of my past attempts.

So, for this week... I want to get in the gym AT LEAST 4 times AND do 3 mins of cardio a day. And sneak in the 30ds in there somewhere... Although it's been really hard on my ankle and my knees... Should I just do yoga/pilates instead of the shred?

hey gals!

i am going to start at around 1400 a day that gives me 1200 and room for two 100 cal snacks. we will see how that goes. i have a busy day today i am helping the boy with some homework and doing my own. then i have to take a test and go to my medical study to give my body to science to pay my rent. ah well i'm not on the pole lol

ashlan - i read it i am going to try this for a while and then i may have you send it to me. i think my problem right now is that ive added more strength and my body is holding on to the fat. cause my clothes fit better in just a week.

becky - i'm glad you had a good weekend! i'm so happy you are enjoying your life girl!

sxul - ive already snooped over there thanks girl

tandifrass - i know what that is like ive been there. the right thing will come around just search diligently. you wont be happy till you leave there

kindra - yay for the britney concert! i hope you have a blast!

nicki - you better tell that boy you gotta work out first then snuggle. u got goals to reach mama!!!!

icon - i knew you could do it!

tara - i def bought the calorie king book a few weeks ago. jillian talks about it all the time. i also got a food and exercise journal.

rhts - i will try the dailyplate i just never know how to equate my videos with the exercise categories they have. but i will try it. i have read a lot of ppl talking about their image in their heads hasnt changed even though they are smaller. maybe you should talk to someone about it.

Afternoon girls,

3 pages already some busy bees around here. I am just killing time at work, apparently in my job the first few days of the period are extremely slow so I really dont have anything to do. I have just been piddling around on little things to eat up time like making out the order for the stuff I need to fill out my desk like a filing cabinet, pins to hold things on the walls etc. I have been trying to get that done for about 3 weeks. Ugh killing time is awful.

However, the bf and I had a good weekend we had a good amount of sexytime in LOL. I had a bloody mary for the first time saturday night, it was meh I think that it would have liked it better if the mixer was a little bit more bland I like kick and all but it was a little excessive. I did make however the best milkshake. I put starbucks coffee liquer, skyy vodka choco chip cookie dough, and homeade vanilla ice cream milk and ice. Spin in blender tada magic in a cup.

G2G back to "work"
