Workout Recommendation

I've been working out with Mitch Gaylord's Melt if Off program (an infomercial product) and I've been seeing wonderful results and it's really been giving me a nice challenge. However, because of my knees, I might have to dial back and find something a little gentler. Does anyone know of a workout that's really effective but easy on the knees? Thanks! :)

Swimming?

I think the Elliptical is easy on the knees

I like the Jillian Michael s video's because she gives alternatives that are gentler on your knees, but still works you out hard! I do the normal way she shows but my roommate does the easier version and she still gets a work out. As mentioned above swimming is a good alternative and a good workout. Good luck! :)

"Slim in 6" workout video is very low impact, but it kicks your butt at the same time! I highly recommend it!!
