Can I ask, what's the reason for the time frame on your goal? Is there an event that you feel that you need to be at a certain weight for?

The reason I ask is because that is a lofty goal, considering where you are in your weightloss. You are on the bottome end of the game where things tend to slow down quite a bit. I just wouldn't want you to be disheartened if you didn't make it, especially since you've come so far already!

30 pounds in 10 weeks is a lot even for people who are just starting out.

Oh nothing just curious if anyone can lose weight that fast? Lol
i know ive been on my plateau for about a month now and its totally fine, but yeah its pretty hard to loose that much in like 2-3 months no?

Is ist possible prob. yes is it healthy and smart that is a whole nother question. The safest way to lose weight is 1 to 2 lbs per week those who loose this way have the better chance of maintaining thier weight loss, when you loose too fast the chances of keeping it off are not very good. Don't get me wrong if you are refering to someone who has a very very very large amount of weight and this is thier first attempt at loosing weight in that situation 30lbs while not that common can happen.

It is possible. But at lower weights not so much. I did it a few years ago by walking a lot, riding my bike, and doing 100-300 situps a day. Including eating chicken, honey nut cheerios, etc. Then again I was about 190lbs... The more weight you have to lose, the easier it comes off. It's different for everyone, but usually around your weight I would consider 20lbs or less to be more plausible.

No, I don't think so. Even if you could do it, I wouldn't recommend it. Remember, you probably got fat in the first place because you don't know how to do things in moderation; it's important that a big part of your weight loss is learning how to do things in moderation.

Personally, I'm aiming for at least 20 pounds in the next 3 months.
