I had a baked halibut filet with brown rice and zucchini on the side. It was excellent!

I ordered in a "Veggie Lo-Cal" pocket from Pockets, minus the diced onions and plus chopped broccoli, cucumber, and edamame... A whole order, not a half order, and I ate the whole thing! Hehe. Luckily, they are incredibly healthy - a bit heavy on the carbs, I guess, but I normally go very light on carbs so I didn't mind it just this once - so it was a totally guilt-free experience. My weekend meals are always a bit wonky because there's so much less structure, and last night was especially weird because I was working like a madman on a paper (for school) that's due tomorrow, so I was totally holed up in my dorm room and didn't get to go out for dinner like I usually do on weekends... But I was so happy when I remembered that Pockets delivers! Hehe.

Saturday night we ordered Chinese. I had Moo Goo Gai Pan with white rice. Not so bad on cals nor on taste. I should have skipped the egg roll but I did not. LOL

Tonight we had KFC. We had the grilled chicken, corn on the cob and mashed potatoes. I also had a little cole slaw.

Not and incredibly good weekend but not as bad as I have been doing.

Pumpkin soup (I used a low fat yogurt instead of milk or cream when making it) with chopped walnuts sprinkled on top. I'm trying to eat healthier and add foods from the 14 super foods group....
