30 Day Shred Results
 

I was considering trying Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. I was wondering what kind of results people are seeing with it at the end of the 30 days

Have you read the 30 Day Shred Forum? I just got mine in yesterday, but I've had friends of mine here that have gotten results. I told my trainer about the dvd, and he said that the way the video does the training (alternating cardio, strength training) is really good. So on the days that I'm not weight training, I do cardio and the 30DS. I got mine on ebay for like $9 with shipping.

Its HARD! Let me tell you. But the results are there. Just go to the 30ds thread.

Hi, I haven't been able to try it yet as cannot find a copy where I live, but reading the 30DS thread I am totally planning on buying a copy when I go to the states to visit my parents over Easter (after I googled and figured out what the heck 30DS stood for, haha).
I looked on amazon.com last week and it was around $8.50, so totally worth a go at the very least.

woah. I've learned to always check amazon first after having been burned a time or three.. they sell almost everything these days.
