I fell off the wagon MAJORLY!! But I am back & I hope you guys will do this with me! My plan this week is to just stay OP with food. I can do that! I'm going to try & do some exercise, but I got hit hard with the flu so it really depends on my strength. We'll see, but there is no excuse not get it together with the food part.
**My hubby & I are going to the mountains tomorrow so I won't have any internet til Tuesday, but make sure you update each night & I'll be back on Tuesday to let you know how I did!
1450 calories per day, 64oz of water, try & get to the gym or do some Yoga.
Monday: Not enough planning for the trip...too many calories! Yoga & water done though!
Tuesday: 1420 calories, 64+oz water, no exercise
Wednesday: 1446 calories, 80oz of water, Yoga
Thursday: OFF
Friday: Around 1600 cals, 48oz of water, 30 mins cardio

This wagon we all fall off of needs some serious seatbelts and offer a mighty helmet! Cause man, when I fall off, I crash and burn! Just keep getting up, dusting ourselves off and getting right back on. LoL

My goals:
-1200-1350 calories a day plus TONS more water...I don't get enough!
-recommitting to the 30DS tomorrow (Mon. 9th) in the mornings and sticking with it this time
-start going to spin class every other day, and yoga the other days
-keep working up to running 2 miles nonstop at a 5.5!

Monday: 1641 calories, 72 oz of water, no gym
Tuesday: 1560 calories, 80 oz of water, gym day 1 (45 minutes on the elliptical)
Wednesday: 1701 calories, 80 oz of water, gym day 2 (30 minutes on the stationary bike)
Thursday: 1524 calories, 80 oz of water, gym day 3 (35 minutes on the elliptical, weights)
Friday: 1579 calories, 80 oz of water, gym day 4 (35 minutes on the elliptical)
Monday: 1779 cals, 90 oz water and 1 hour of Zumba.
Tuesday: 1489 cals, 72 oz water and no workout.
Wednesday: 1440 cals, 80 oz water and 1 hour workout!
Thursday: 1499 cals, 128 oz water and 1.5 hour workout!

Oh- last week was not good I didn't go over 1600 calories, but I barely went to the gym and had a heck of a time getting back on the weight loss weekend!
This week will be good week!

so far mine is good. I had to take my DS to the dentist this afternoon. And now I am trying to decide if I want to go for a walk outside? Its warm but I am not sure if it is warm enough for a walk??
How did everyone do today?? Still have 100 calories left so I'm gonna have my popcorn later..thank God I finally stayed OP one day. It's the first few days that are the hardest for me...1 down, 2 to go!!
