I'm not hungry...
 

...but I want to eat because the people at my house are eating dinner (some of them for the 2nd time tonight) and it's hard when people eat near me and foods I like. But! I had dinner today, I'm not the least bit hungry, and although there is extra room in my calorie budget, I know the only reason I want to eat is the peer influence! So I retreated to my room and here I am. :(

You're making the right choice. You'd just feel horrible if you ate again and regret it. I'm so bad about eating because someone else is. It's like if there's someone getting fat w/ me it's ok, hee hee. I'm proud of you and you should be too!

I understand.I made my children tacos for supper.3 hours later they were hungry again and I made them eggs, bacon and toast.I would have loved to eat again but ive had to realize that I cant eat that way and reach my goal.I just cant do want I want any longer.If I do I will continue to be depressed and miss out on so many things that I should be enjoying.Sometimes I have to tell myself no.I cant have everything I want..........darn it.

I did good! I ate ONE!!!1111!!!! wheat thin on my way out the door to meet a friend at the gym for a late night session. I wanted so much more. :-(
